@an7a, I'm no financial advisor. IMO I would say that BTC is trying to rebound so no time to sell.
Some alts are at good supports like shown on my ideas. It all depends to your risk level and timeframe ;)

The 1D Channel Down calls first for 0.3199 or even 0.1459 before the possibility to rebound but even then it will be within the tight limitations (Lower High) of the Channel Down. The bottom on the long term isn't priced yet. This is our short term bearish outlook:

IOTA Foundation is fighting internally, partnerships getting cancelled, all the technical issues as funds being on transfer for weeks stuck in network or even simply disappear from wallet on their own... this coin will never recover.
