IOTX was making a descending channel for two months , now today we witnessed the breakout , time to RISE ! as you see in the chart , it's the time for the second top , in every cycle it does that ... you can see the similarities between the cycles . there is a MACD cross as well which is a good sign. also here is the 4H chart , the breakout is obvious here : targets are shown in this pic .
