NASDAQ:IRDM   Iridium Communications Inc
9
Fundamental:
- Iridium launched multiple satellite successfully with SpaceX for its Iridium NEXT constellation. The launch cost is relatively low.
- Recurring revenue with positive profit compared to its competitor ORBSCOMM which is losing money every quarter
- Trump is privatizing Air Traffic Control which is a major business for one of the iridium's subdivision. also benefits the business
- high barrier of entry for this industry. you can buy the company for 1 bil. that's cheap

Technical:
- buyers getting more aggressive and keep moving up to buy more, as indicated with higher high.
- the stock is in a multi year channel with strong resistance up ahead. I think it will break out soon given how buyers are getting very aggressive and the top resistance has been tested many many times. Once it breaks out, we could see this thing go up by a lot.
- short interest is ridiculously high, ripe for short squeeze
Comment:
Iridium Next is also capable of broadband connection up to 3g equivalent speed and global coverage with Iridium GO. This is a company that will soon be able to deliver global IOT service and internet coverage. And it's positive earning and only worth 1bil. This is a very good acquisition target for google and facebook who want to deliver internet globally. With failed google loon project and facebook plane, iridium constellation is a logical solution to google and facebook's problem. This company is worth at least 10 Bil which is 10x return from today's price. I'm planning to load up as much share as I could on the next pull back
Comment:
Google stopped its google fibre and google loon projects back in 2016. Satellite would be a logical step up from these ideas. Google might acquire this company just to learn the business of operating a satellite company. The acquire-hire alone is worth 1 bil.
