ISTONE: Laggard in technology?

Is this one of the laggard for Technology sector that is overlook? New IPO that came out last year need to be taken into our attention. With all of its leader and peers (Aemulus, MI, Greatec , Elsoft etc) made a strong uptrend last few weeks followed by good earning for Tech stocks in US market, are we missing one of the potential stock?

Technical wise, its All-Time-High is not far away from its current price. Should it break 0.275 convincingly with volume , next few TPs will be 0.300//0.325//0.350//0.375//0.400.
