On January 25, 2018, the Board acted by written consent to unanimously approve an amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation, subject to stockholder approval, to increase the number of shares of Common Stock authorized by 24,000,000 from 24,000,000 to 48,000,000. The Board directed the Amendment Proposal to be submitted to a vote of the Company’s stockholders at the Meeting.

@DreamBlood, thanks. i didnt put too much detail into the description because I was just using this for personal use, and hadn't been taking this trading view thing seriously. The reason I picked this was because it had a low float, and previous uptrend. Sellers dried up, and once I saw the first green bar, i was going to wait until big volume day and follow through. The resistance line was determined by referencing where the the most sellers were, which was clearly 3.50. You can see that it tested 3.50, but was quickly sold off because people were holding from oct.13th, where it trended down after a heavy volume day. The news was strong too, and the only reason it fell so much before was because of dilution
