I was happy to see IWM break up. (see link below). Looks to me the 143.5-147 level is a reasonable target. Feedback always welcome. Have a great week.

@goodguy, use long term monthly and log for eagles eye-view, then either daily or 4hr for entry
it works for me, but it might NOT work for you

Technical Analysis is actually fusing into individual's personality ^_^
