So far the rebound from August low seems intact but bulls have shown some weakness, its true that IWM did not participate recent all time highs we have seen both SPX and DJI as well as NDX this may tell us what is ahead of us or simply it may catch up soon. Today's price action only gives the bears some hope that the tide will soon goes their side though it was very painful 2-weeks for them. Who cares other than to follow with the money.
