$IWM - Love the setup
IWM I love this setup. We are looking at a cup and handle ☕️ with a measured move to the $270 area.Despite what market commentators say about a 50 basis point cut in Sept spooking the market, I think it is the opposite; I believe it will give a face ripper for small caps.
