Commercial real estate has always been considered a hedge against rising inflation for investors. But that's a blanket statement. Can this market allow for rent increases (if WalMart's insider email is any indication, maybe not) also needs to be considered. I don't know the ins and outs of this particular area. But I'm watching the chart for a possible double top or break of trend. If it moves above the previous high with volume and you day trade, no reason not o go along with it. I don't see a measured move or pattern here though
