The market has been heavily discounting KHC and it's likely undervalued based on what's known. The trouble is the unknowns. Will the dividend be cut again? Will Kraft be split out? Reporting has been delayed and once financials are fully reported again there will likely be another sudden repricing move... but will it be up or down? You have to hope the market has properly discounted the possible negatives.
