looks like a rounding top breaking downward. Someone could probably classify it differently. Maybe a pennant .
The chart looks ugly all over. scroll up and down the time frames. They all have oscillators pointing down and the overall trend is down.
Anyways looks like a continuation move down.

Trend is up for the last year, the RSI says oversold and the MACD just recently had a bullish crossover. This thing is going up.
