Yes this is my analysis also. We got a clean three wave drop to 2000 (wave A). Now its trying to form some sort of sideways action for wave B. It might be a flat or triangle and can last another year or so. In that time Kospi might retest the 2200 area once or twice. Eventually we should see wave C down which as you say targets the 1600 area.
2600 down to 2000 was 600 points. So if C=A that should also be 600 points, which suggests the C wave will commence from the 2200 area.
