Double touch on the previous resistance is minimum for confirmation of support. The fact that this is also associated with the DOT project gives it extra weight to go up. Since its relatively new, it will be difficult to put targets but here I try from a bullish perspective.

@ssari, Thanks for reply, Binance is always in maintenance and manipulative mode beside Kraken, i suppose because these needles in candles imply that there is bot (belonging to exchanges) manipulation in these exchanges. That is my guess though
