I'm relatively new to following LBS. Do you have any explanation for why lumber is frequently moving in $45 increments lately? Most frequently gaps?

@hortstu, Just the way it is priced, not as liquid as something like /es and often used for hedging lumber purchases but gives good clues into housing prices etc.
