After the market closed, Lucid announced that it had sold 916 million dollars in shares to the May 3 Investment Company (a Saudi company). The deal will be completed in phases, up to March 31, 2023
Lucid also announced its intention to sell $600 million to a group of investors (Bank of America, Barclays, and Citigroup).
