SHORT | LI | Swing Trade | Short Term

Short
NASDAQ:LI   LI AUTO INC SPN ADS ECH REP 2 ORD SHS CL A
NASDAQ:LI
Possible Scenario: SHORT
Evidence: Price Action
TP1 ~26$ , 10% Decline
* I'm 100% bullish on mid-term and long-term, this is just a correction, buy the dip and apply dollar cost averaging
I'll buy PUTS for 19 March, Strike 26$,
This is my idea and could be wrong 100%
Trade active: Clarification: It already lost a major support at 33$, we have another minor support at 31.85$ that I don't think it hold the price, if it can't hold it then next stop is ~ 24, it was the reason for PUTS at 26$. good luck
Trade active: As we expected it hit the target, the PUTS closed successfully with insane profit, now CALLS are in place for 37$ target price, good luck.
Trade closed: target reached
no pain, no gain

It’s my first experience in the US stock market 😅, down by 16% and noooo way to sell as a long holder 😎. I am still having issue sticking to a strategy but no doubt will get it soon, cheers

@BtoT, since Covid crash I don't remember the market like this, everyday it's down, when the company has no issue fundamentally and Nasdaq drops and bring down the price I hold my positions, because finally it will recover itself, when the company has issue then I close the position, this is simple but effective, and always reserve 50% of your money for unexpected situation, you can use it for dollar cost averaging or other opportunities to recover your short term portfolio, good luck
