If you don't realise the logic behind why this is an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT scenario, just look at the ETH chart. IF CL PUMPS BEFORE TOMORROW AFTERNOON, SELL FOR ETH. THEN ETH IS DUE FOR A PUMP AGAIN. The timing is literally perfect.

Now this is some truly weird and SERIOUS manipulation going on.
I slept on this and I'm glad I did. If I hadn't been sleeping I probably would have stopped out my trade when we broke down below the bottom of the triangle.
But now we are back above it again and it's as if nothing happened and it seems like we could break upwards again. However, I'm not seriously doubting the original target of the trade. It seems to be serious manipulation by whales happening trying to trigger stop losses. But I didn't realise they still had this much power. Now, you can look at this in 2 ways. The first is that this was one coordinated dump to stop out longs, and this is bullish- we will move quickly up to our target. This view will be invalidated if we don't make a move soon.
The second way is that we are doomed to having massive unpredictable spikes up and down in a "race to 0" volatility making it useless to try and trade LINK if you don't have insider information. This would be the most bearish. Fundamentally, we still haven't seen a blog post. It will possibly be released at the same time as mainnet, although they promised before May 30th. We also had one of the "advisors" FUDding LINK right before mainnet which I don't think anybody has any clue why he did that or why he is even considered an advisor by Sergey. This was a sell signal to many.

Lot's of the bigger pairs like ETHUSD, BTCUSD are also not moving, so this likely is part of the reason we haven't seen a big move yet. Either way it needs to happen IN THE NEXT 6-12 HOURS, or it's likely to dump.

The dump scenario happened and it found support found at 0.004 zone.
ETH has already pumped so this takes the holding ETH for a long time after idea out of the question. On the other hand, this support zone is good because it's not below the bottom of the triangle.

Of course I stopped this trade when I started to see weakness prior to delayed blogpost and sold at around 12-13k sats level. Did not sell for ETH. Your strategy should be able to adapt to the current market situation, and of course we prepared for this outcome. When I saw the blogpost was absolutely awful, I even sold a bigger stack of link than I planned and I'm glad I did. Please see the new analysis:
