Hi guys!
Today, the entire market showed a decline of an average of 10%, LINK also went down.
If you look at the LINK graph and judge purely by those. analysis, then we touched the level of 8.815 and saw a decline, after that we saw the reaction of the seller, everything is clear.
The first goal where we can still show a decline is the level of 7.710, after that we can get a buyer's reaction and return to 8.815 again, and then break through the resistance.
If we break through 7.710, it will mean that there is no buyer, many are not ready to buy, and then we should expect testing of the 7.3 level, from here I can say with confidence that after that we should bounce back and go to break through the upper resistance of 8.815, and then 9.477 (most likely we will break through this level, because this will be the 4th test of this level, and in my strategy on higher timeframes, when testing more than 3 times, the chance of breaking through increases).
What will I do in case of a decline below 7.3? I close the deal, because I no longer see the point of holding, when breaking through 7.3, the road opens to 6.25 (a decrease of +-15%).
