Well, one could imagine that a chart doesn't say very much in this case. But anyway, the merger with Microsoft is priced in and some people managed to get a high profit. I don't know what the market knows about the furure of the freefloat.
But I can imagine that some of the shareholders will prefer to get cash now instead beeing squeezed out. Perhaps some of the shareholders don't like Microsoft verx much for emotional reasons. So I prefer to sell some of the LNKD stocks in anticipation of a correction.
