I don't believe it's over for LTC, it still has some supersizes left. ETH has not yet really delivered on anything they said it would, so the spotlight is starting to diminish. Main attraction for most miners is still no ASICS. ETH hard forking is getting a bit ridicules and curious to see how many versions of ETH will be available in the future. LTC on the other hand I expect to go down further, but not sure about a long Bear Market at this point.
