...I like a short term rally here (daily chart) but i'm not sure we're out of the woods just yet. It's possible but it wouldn't surprise me if there's further to fall to really frustrate the shit out of everyone in typical ltc fashion.

I can see what's bugging you about ltc: you think the major wave 2 hasn't completed yet. But what if it has? What if that wick down in winter 2017 was it? I think major wave 3 already started. Thus we are in minor wave 3 (the dec 2018 low was the end of minor wave 2).
