I'm confused, the pattern (falling wedge) is telling quite the opposite of the 0.003 you're speaking about (still you maybe right, but this doesn't show it).
Also remember, most patterns like this won't resolve at 100% of their size, most of the time, you get a resolve between 70 and 80%
