After sudden spike of 26% BITSTAMP:LTCUSD faced some bear run and seems to have exhausted its downward move. The price bounced from the accumulation zone, It looks like all the altcoins are recovering from the recent bear cycle and LTC shows some reversal signs in RSI, MACD, Momentum. Buy orders can be placed at 250 with stoploss at 180 and targets at 310 and 380. If the price goes down then averaging can be done at 200 with same stoploss. Given the history of the price, it may face some resistance at at the 50 day, 20 day moving average and at swing high. Note : price may reach target within 20 days.
