A little bit straight forward TA, but the simplest ones are the best ones.
Litecoin to icnrease and be bullish for sure.
Might top 24% increase in this bearish trend.
If it holds this level for some time with enough volume to support it might retest its resistance level as seen on the TA.

I like your thought. Not exactly sure of the placement of your top trend line, but I don't think this analysis is about the wedge as much as it is about the waning strength of the bears. I also note, the RSI is very oversold.
