Neutral on LTC for the moment. The 1h has a green line coming up to touch the red line; indicating upside. One can buy now if they want but have a stop loss in order. One concern is the green line at 68% in the 30m TF. Meaning, it may be almost spent in terms of upside before coming back down "potentially." We shall know more within the next 30 minutes to 4 hours. It will go up a bit more. However, I don't see much more at the moment.
