First I wanna say that for what they did to many people LUNA shouldn't be traded. However if volume keeps rising it's likely this could be a cup&handle formation but to be honest it also depends from BTC (market). I don't think it's likely to breakout but it's worth keeping an eye on it.
Target it's by book but in case of confirmed breakout it'll be likely price will reach it. Wait for confirmation before entering or enter and use stop loss
