@Kirk_Spano, Thats true, but i don't have this stock in my watchlist anymore. Writing analisis fell asleep lately, just have to get more active again.

Thanks for this research. Seems like a good deal under $7, but you will have to hold long (over 1 yr in my estimation) to get over $14. What makes you think they will break out beyond that? Their income looks good and debt is structured well. These are mostly exclusive shopping centers, like Tyson's Corner, not strip mall junk.

I agree with you but somehow despite a better situation than expected the share price does not move up so frustrating I know it is very cheap but this seems stuck there around 7,50-8
