MAID Dev Update should bring something nice, as they said last week it was the 'quiet' week. [1]

Indeed. There are more forces in play. Someone suppressed the rally at 1500 by placing 100+ sell orders when bitcoin dropped on Oct 19th, and prevented MAID from going to 1600. We will see why that is, soon, I assume. My bet: someone not finished with accumulation and getting ready for the months-long rally, which is commencing!
