After the double bottom on Jan 23 at $6.38 there was a 30% move to the high of $8.28 and since then we've had a pullback and healthy consolidation/potential formation of a bull flag. Notably there has been a daily decrease in bear volume and support has formed at $7.23/$7.30 range. MAXR priming for the next move (up or down).
