We can clearly see, using the Gann Fan indicator, that there is a very likely possibility of the 2/1 line being broken to the upside. The ichimoku indicator tell us that price is crossing into the Kumo and if there were to be a Kumo breakout, we'd see it around the same point at which the Gann Fan indicator tells us it will happen. Couple the technicals with Monaco's product release on 8/31, I think those factors would send MCO on another massive bullish run.

Please forgive me, but my Gann angles were incorrect - The chart was not squared. Here's an updated chart, this time on the MCOUSD chart from bittrex.
Here is the same chart, zoomed in, showing the Gann Fan used in the opposite direction. Right at the breakout point is when we'll get a bounce off the 1/1 angle. Hopefully...
