If MCO manages to breakout of that green trend-line, then that's definitely a buy signal in my sight.

@kulie, I see it going down to 0.000575, and then heading back up in about 3 weeks. Right now the MCO team is on holidays, so I don't expect them to make an announcement this week or next week.
