COMPLEX: we are the storytelling animal, you are always narrating a story in your head even when you are unconscious like during sleep we call it dreaming. be mindful or pay attention to your body (which has two states love or fear) and mind (narrated stories in your head) because how you feel determines the direction of those stories. if you are in a state of love, everything was fine and everything will be fine will be the story and the opposite if you are in a state of fear.
