You are right, it looks clumsy. But there are some facts :
1. A penny stock in still pre-revenue phase.
2. Only high grade Manganese deposits (upto 99.95% purity) in North America which is essential for battery in EV sector. Future potential is high. Waiting for PEA.
3. They are doing a spin-off on their Graphite property, with new listing of Graphano. MN holders will receive dividends of graphano shares 8:1. This should be out soon in this month or following month.
4. Also working on their HVAC business for multiple revenue stream.
When looking at charts of penny stocks, they always look clumsy because the business is still not generating profits and cash flows. Not all penny stocks are bad businesses. Its a long term play. If you have patience and believe in business, you will be rewarded. But it will take time.
