Company has good properties, high revenue, cash, ability to raise more cash, major repayments in [2024]. My assessment for this drop is likely a cut in dividend, which of course at this interest rate level is unsustainable. Considering a 50% reduction in dividend, even then i believe it is trading at a discount.
