In this Tradingview basics video I'm going to show you how to add drawings to your chart using the options available on the left-side rail.
We'll look at not only what the options are, but the benefits of using "stay in drawing mode" as well as how labeling specific tools as "favorites" can save you time when marking up the charts.

Hi Akil. Great video but I have a question that I have not found answered anywhere online. I want to add diagrams, pictures, etc in the TEXT BOX (under the box that asks for a clear title). I tried using the options on the left bar for images but that adds diagrams, etc to the chart and not the description box. Thanks in advance.

@Kibishii, Here is the response that I received from one of the admins "At this point we do not have the option to insert pictures directly in the idea description (or updates) A workaround is to paste a picture on a chart, then use the "copy link" option in the camera menu and past the link to that chart in the description."
