Looking for break of $23.70 for long call position

Ive been watching this one for a while too. Great fundamentals with a ROE of 20 while the industry average is 10 and they've been steadily raising their revenue and profit margins. The chart looks great, but the 10 or 5m charts show choppy price action and really dont show good entry points. I still see more potential to the upside though.
