Short term price pull back trade idea: Nasdaq 100 is forming a double top. Strong likelihood for a pull back tomorrow morning. If you buy NQ puts, the potential reward/risk can be between 5X and 20X depending on the strike price and date you choose. Right now, puts are dirty cheap.
@coryvaden1, 13902, I control risk by position size. I set up price alert on Tradingview at the SL level, and manually exit position if price clearly break the stop.
There is >50% break out failure, run stop. Even for real break out, there is a high likelihood for price to pull back and give us an opportunity to exit.
Stop setup is a tricky game in today's market with AI algorithm trading:)
