NYSE:NBR is poised to make a bullish crossover of the conversion line over the base line and had a huge volume spike. It still faces overhead resistance from the cloud, but if it moves high enough quickly enough, it may be able to punch through the thin cloud zone. Entry is just above Friday’s high, with the initial stop just below the low.
