Same as $RUT (IWM), reverse inverted wedgie. Gotta love them wedgies.

On the decision line, if the Chinese and/or Euros pump futures, it's gonna retest ATH.
Comment:
Intraday pattern looks like a bear flag, another drop coming tomorrow or Thursday?

I suppose it depends on trade talk news....
