I expect big drop at least to orange line and posibly further.

Cross market analysis indicates all major indices will drop soon.

Perhaps, I see these structures sometimes popping out the top first before reversing or just breaking out up sometimes too though.

Yes, it is true. Often price shoots up and suddenly and impulsively drops afterwards.
