When looking at the charts we see a short term uptrend with poor support. Poor support means that price went straight up creating a lack of support, so when the market goes down it goes into free fall. From the fundamental side of things, the fed already did two emergency rate cuts and started QE 5 on top of the QE 4 we already have, yet the market is still going down, there would need to be substantial intervention for a turnaround. On top of that most underlyings in the NDX are still 3x overvalued!
