NEO has textbook wave 4 going on from what I can see. A frustrating slow meandering slide that is mostly moving sideways. 12 hour RSI has peak and is headed down. Might not retrace as low as I have indicated however the 1.272 fib line seems like a perfect stop.
I really love the fundamentals on this coin, wave 5 is going to be huge.

There's tons of fear surrounding China's announcement of regulating ICOs - and look at that. The fear dump keeps us exactly on track for the current leg of wave 4.
Don't listen to the FUD. This regulation will be GREAT for NEO ICOs. Imagine knowing that every Chinese ICO you invest in is legitimate and the only real decisions you have to make are which are going to make you the most money? BUY THE FEAR!

Not sure why everyone on the internet is panicking over NEO.. we've nailed the wave 4 retracement. I'd give a few more days to let the FUD wear off, then it's time to move!

Interesting chart thanks as i just bought a few neo. How low do you think it will go after wave 5? and when do you expect a new wave 1 to start? and where do you think it will be by end of october ?

@starrynight, all good questions, none of which I have the foggiest idea about! These coins rely heavily on the price of BTC so if BTC continues to make a new all time high NEO could slide down.. or it might follow! Once (if) my chart plays out, I'll post a reassessment then!

@DavidSoothaaMalson, I thought neo followed bitcoin on its last boom, but I could be wrong. I'm got some in xmr which is hopefully starting its 5th leg now then I will exit and maybe jump in neo if the timing is right, or go back in on the c leg drop/bounce.
