Consider this: China will announce crypto law in February. On September 4th they shut down ICOs but not NEO. NEO CEO was also on communist party meeting in October, when they spoke about crypto... Well, NEO platform still alive, it means, there will be green light for NEO in Q1 18, it will be gov. controlled platform for ICO and I believe, only allowed platform in China... Im done.
