⋅ So my last NEOBTC fractal count turned out to be false:
The downward slope dragged out longer than expected, but I think now the reversal point has been reached.
I think that it might play out something like this, which would put the main NEO rally sometime in the march/april 2018 timeframe.
Let's see if it plays out like this, and if the fractals hold this time.
