NEOBTC -Caught in a trap

NEO in my opinion is undervalued currently. Price terminated at the 127% of the move (fall) and then consolidated before making a change of trend (higher highs and higher lows on the 4hr. Looking for at least 50% retracement of the overall move. I wil wait for price to break out of the upper TL then wait for a retest of this area on a lower time frame then enter.
