I am very new to trading and I have been following you for some time. I am very interested in how you came to these targets? I am of the opinion that neo will drop below 0.52 so I am going short. Again please accept my apologies for being wet behind the ears but do I buy back at your first target of .00502 or do I wait for your final target of .00471?
