Neo has got to tighten up for it to get the validity of increasement that it deserves. If also this special coin goes below this resistance level, it won't reach a major lower low, it should just reboot. Had to do an analysis on this because I was cringing at the small accusations on such a big market cap coin, as the market cap sits at 6.39% while the market is regulating. This coin has the same follow up and idea of Nexus and also XVG (Verge). The higher high is also a massive thing to look at. The chart shows that with the trend line reaching it's 3 points, a higher high could VERY MUCH be met.
