I think NEO might need to finish going down this wedge before it can break out and gain momentum. Short at the top, open longs on the dips down to $23 and you'll be good.

@johnne215, I haven't been following QTUM but I saw it on Bitfinex now so maybe I'll pick some up. Probably going to get some ETP too.
