NEOUSD seems to be on a strong uptrend looking at the 6HR chart
First target (T1) is .618 fib level
Second target (T2) is at the .5 fib level
Third target (T3-Longterm) at the 1:1 fib extension
Also worth noting, the BTCUSD correction has not affected ALTcoins that much past couple days. IMO this is a great sign of bullishness.

All the indicators pointed towards an uptrend (in my opinion), however, I think the bears took charge using this news twitter.com/ercwl as catalyst.
I'm going to keep an eye on NEO, but for now, I closed my position - I'm expecting it could break $100 unless some pro-NEO news comes out.
