Intra day is really tough job.. As there are lot of volatile fast moves which can shake you mentally and create doubts. Its better to confirm trend on longer term ie 15min ~1hr chart even if you are trading using 5min/2min frequency chart. I am not good trader on intraday so keep that in mind.
